Fair Performance Management Workshop

Synopsis

The Fair Performance Management workshop is designed to equip participants with the understanding and practical steps in adopting fair and progressive practices in performance management. 
A successful organisation is more than the sum of its parts. It strives to transform into a high-performance business by implementing fair and progressive employment practices and bringing its people to the next level of performance.

Employers who adopt fair and progressive practices in performance management will be able to:

  • Enable their employees to excel and discover opportunities to maximise their potential with training and career development, who in turn, will be able to contribute more to the organisation
  • Foster greater employee engagement and bring the business to greater heights
  • Offer higher rewards and recognition to their employees
  • Achieve higher productivity and enhance its branding

    • Definition, Purpose and Benefits of Fair and Progressive Practices for organisations with respect to the fundamental values – Fairness, Sustainability, Productivity, Agility and Inclusion
    • Overview of what it takes to cultivate an inclusive organizational culture and conditions for high performance with respect to Workforce Planning; Rewards and Recognition; and Employee Relations
    • Introduction to FPE Index (Fair & Progressive Employment Index) online assessment and benchmarking tools for employers
    • Brief overview on HR Performance Management Process / Cycle
  • Workforce Planning addressing the eight areas in FPE Index
  • Rewards and Recognition addressing the nine areas in FPE Index
  • Employee Relations addressing the three areas in FPE Index

Victor has trained and provided consultancy to many companies on Performance Management and other HR topics via SPRING Singapore’s ICV and BAP programs for a number of years. He also designed and delivered a program on HR Metrics on Performance Management and other related HR subjects for SHRI. He has excellent practical insights and is passionate about Performance Management in raising work excellence standards and productivity. He also has a successful track record over many years as AGM (HR) for a large Singapore subsidiary of a listed Group, Regional Training & Development Manager for a world renowned European MNC and Regional HR Manager for a top 3 worldwide US MNC. Victor is a seasoned HR professional with multi-industry experience.
