Implementing Flexible Work Arrangements Workshop


The Implementing Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) workshop is designed to equip participants with the understanding and practical steps in implementing flexible work arrangements effectively at their workplace.  

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Appreciate the trends impacting the workplace in Singapore
  • Understand the importance of Work-Life Harmony and its role in the Total Rewards Framework
  • Be equipped with knowledge of different types of FWA and how to implement them
  • Recognise the challenges in implementing FWA and how to overcome them
  • Gain the knowledge to develop and implement an action plan for FWA in their workplace

  • Developing an effective change management plan
