Synopsis

The Piloting Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) workshop is designed to equip participants with the understanding and practical steps in piloting flexible work arrangements effectively at their workplace.

At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • Appreciate the role of work-life in the Total Rewards Framework
  • Understand organizational enablers and barriers to work-life implementation
  • Develop an effective change management plan
  • Customise an action plan to pilot a flexible work arrangement

  • Components of a work-life strategy
  • Developing an effective change management plan
  • Customising an action plan to pilot FWA
  •  Producing the business case for workplace flexibility
  • Reviewing HR policies/processes/systems to sustain flexibility
  • Reviewing job tasks and redesigning to enable greater flexibility
  • Resources on FWAs for employers and employees
  • Legislation implications when implementing FWAs

With her passion to make a difference in the work place and as an Approved WorkPro Work-Life Grant Consultant & Trainer, Wee Lee provides work-life consultancy to assist companies in implementing good work-life practices.  She has helped a number of companies successfully implement work-life programs and apply for government funding.  She also provides SMEs with HR advisory services to leverage on their HR capabilities to propel company objectives.
