Training & Development

Robinson & Co has always placed great emphasis on training and development as keys to empowering its employees. The company’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is conducted regularly in consultation with Senior Management, Line Managers and Operations staff, after which structured and comprehensive training and development plans are mapped for employees.

New employees also undergo Orientation, Customer Service courses and in-house IT application courses to ensure they receive the necessary training to perform their roles. They are also attached to experienced trainers for on-the-job training. Existing employees, apart from attending upgrading courses, are also sent for refresher courses to help them keep up with the knowledge and skills.

These initiatives and programmes are aligned with the company’s goal of developing its people to their fullest potential and to reward them fairly.
