Employees have found senior management in Singpost informal and easily approachable. Regular employees engagement initiatives such as “Tea with the Senior Leadership” and Town Hall Sessions facilitate this open communication between employees and management. Employees also have the opportunity to provide feedback through the Singpost Voice of Employees (VOE) Survey where findings form the basis for workplace solutions.
