The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) provides advice and assistance to those who have experienced discrimination at the workplace or in finding a job.
 
TAFEP recognises that there are no cookie-cutter solutions and reaches out to both employers and employees to understand details of workplace discrimination cases. In handling these cases, TAFEP treats all information with the strictest confidentiality.
 
In presenting a sample of the real life scenarios that TAFEP has assisted, names of parties (individuals and organisations) involved in the factual cases, as well as some circumstantial details, have been changed or omitted to preserve confidentiality.
